My name is Robert Rickover and I am an Alexander Technique teacher in Lincoln, Nebraska and Toronto, Canada. I created this podcast to make information about the Alexander Technique easily available to the general public. Today the majority of internet searches are being made using smartphones and a podcast is an ideal way to reach this growing audience.

Ideas & Suggestions for Future Podcasts
If you have an idea for a podcast please let me know using this Contact and Support Page. I’m posting new podcasts all the time and I am always looking for good new material. Many of the podcasts are interviews with me, but if you would like to create your own podcast – perhaps interviewing a teacher of student of the Technique – I’m completely open to that.
Support the Body Learning Podcast
The cost of hosting a podcast is much higher than for an ordinary website, and so I ask that you spend a few minutes looking over the material at the Contact and Support page where you can find several ways to help support the podcast, as well as my other Alexander Technique websites, at no cost to you!
Enjoy the podcasts, and please send me your comments and suggestions.
Your podcasts are enormously useful to me. As a beginning student of Alexander Technique, they reinforce and broaden my understanding of what I am learning and introduce new perspectives to consider. Thank you!
