Most teaching procedures were developed by F. Matthias Alexander, the developer of the Alexander Technique. A few were developed, or modified, after his death in 1955. Prime examples of the later are Negative Directions which are discussed in detail on a separate page: bodylearningcast.com/teachers/negativedirections. Constructive Rest is not strictly speaking a procedure but is an integral part of the Alexander Technique procedure “Table Work” and has it’s own collection of interviews: bodylearningcast.com/constructiverest
